This is a set of four beautiful cutting files inspired by traditional
Mexican folk art banners.
The banners are commonly known in Mexico as "papel picado", they are hand-cut by artisans in thin
tissue paper and used to decorate religious events, celebrations and
weddings. They make a lovely and romantic decor you will never forget!
These templates come in SVG cutting files, can be used personally and if you are an event planner you can use them to decorate your parties (commercial use is allowed only for the tangible banners).
Not to be resold as digital download and not to be converted to graphics/clipart.
